I work with small business owners across Kent whose companies have grown, but have become more difficult to run. When you have a small team, leadership gets incredibly heavy. Owners end up trapped firefighting in daily operations, effectively stealing their own time to think about the big picture.

I step in as a practical partner to take that weight off your shoulders. I don’t do classroom theory, textbook models, or generic corporate training packages. I bring 16 years of real-world commercial experience to the table, including five years as a non-shareholder Managing Director where we tripled revenue from £1.3m to £3.8m, stabilised a fracturing culture, and navigated a major external investment process.
